Hadley Media, an award winning experiential agency, is seeking a full time Experiential / Event Production Coordinator to work with our San Diego team.

The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, energetic, professional and have excellent communication, organizational, and work well under pressure. Candidate must have proven record of success and be able to work with a team in a fast paced, high energy environment.


  • Collaborate with Event Producers to meet & exceed client objectives 
  • Manage event logistics
  • Develop Timelines & budgets
  • Contribute to creative process
  • Manage and build relationships with clients & vendors
  • Ability to manage onsite event functions such as staff, vendors, infrastructure or location services
  • Manage travel and accommodations for multiple events, clients and staff
  • Generate comprehensive reports, summaries, schedules and proposals
  • Participate in event production meetings and providing insight to clients and staff on event operations
  • Assist in obtaining various permits 
  • Create production schedules, contact sheets and travel itineraries for multiple events and projects
  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit promotional videos and project recap videos


  • 2+ years at an experiential marketing agency or similar experience
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proficiency with video editing software
